The price does not include the cost of flights, and guests will be expected to take care of individual flight bookings. Advice can be offered where necessary.

The Location

This stately manor sits on the outskirts of Dolgellau, offering market-town charm in the Snowdonia National Park.

A grand home that is steeped in political history, now serves as a contemporary retreat for the whole group.

A games room awaits, as well as outdoor seating spots and a hot tub in the garden. While the local nature is a stroll away.

Soak up the surrounding scenery or snuggle up on a comfortable sofa with only the words in your book to worry about.

  • Meet & Greet

    It all begins with an introduction over cocktails. Meet the other ladies and get ready for a gorgeous few days.

  • Welcome Dinner

    Come together over an incredible home-cooked meal to chat and take part in our book swap.

  • Murder Mystery

    Step into a world of intrigue and suspense as you become both detective and dinner guest at our Murder Mystery Dinner Party.

  • Aperitivo

    An evening filled with wine, cheese and other delicious treats whilst we chat about the book of the trip and what we’re currently reading.

  • Hot Tub

    If you’re feeling sociable, enjoy an Aperol or two whilst soaking in the hot tub.

  • Movie Night

    Wind down with a book-inspired movie evening and all the treats you’d expect.

  • Free Time

    Your evenings may be full, but your days are empty with nothing to do but focus on you (and your TBR pile).
